Budgets are not quotes. Prices, discounts, fees, deposits and operator commitments are never final without case-specific written confirmation. Assisted or automated replies never create a price, an availability guarantee or a booking.

Nothing in our terms removes mandatory protections available to you under the law of your country of residence, including your rights against the operator that provides the service.

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy, with role-limited access, private media storage and retention limited to what each purpose requires.

Authorised staff review reports under role-limited access. Significant operational actions — removals, restrictions and case decisions — are recorded for accountability.

No listing, application, claim or conversation creates verification, exclusivity or a commercial relationship without written approval. Business outreach we send never promises pricing, commission, exposure or partnership before it is agreed.

Independent operators are responsible for their own licences, permits, insurance, invoicing and tax obligations for the services they provide. Where a reporting obligation applies to an intermediary in a given market, we will meet it and tell affected operators what information is required.

THE 9IGHT LIST branding and platform materials are protected. Members retain ownership of the content they submit, subject to the display licence in our Terms.
