The platform keeps the items below in your own browser using local and session storage. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies, and everything listed here is needed to provide the service you asked for or to remember a choice you made.

A secure session issued by our authentication provider is stored so you stay signed in while you move around the site. It is cleared when you sign out.

If you do not tick “remember me” when signing in, a marker is written for the current browser session only; when the browser is closed the marker disappears and you are signed out on the next visit. If you tick it, the session is kept until you sign out.

Your selected destination, small interface preferences and unsent request-form drafts (for example a guest list, VIP table, service or business claim form you have not submitted yet) are held in your browser so you do not lose what you typed. Drafts are removed once the form is submitted or cleared.

If you arrive through a member referral link, the referral code it carries is held in your browser until your account is created and the server validates it, then it is discarded. If you arrive at a request form from a business page, place or post, that origin hint is held for the current browser session and validated by the server before it is stored with your request. Both exist for genuine attribution — never for behavioural advertising or profiling.

If you use the on-site assistant, a conversation identifier is stored in your browser so the same conversation continues while you browse. Clearing site data starts a new conversation.

We do not run advertising pixels, cross-site trackers, behavioural profiling, remarketing tags or third-party analytics that identify you. If that ever changes, this policy is updated before the technology is used.

If you follow a link to an independent operator’s website, its own cookie and privacy policy applies there, not ours.

You may clear or block site data in your browser settings. Doing so signs you out, resets your preferences and discards unsent drafts. See our Privacy Policy for how the resulting information is handled.
