Know someone planning a VIP night, group celebration, corporate event or premium nightlife experience? Tell us about the opportunity. If it becomes a successful deal and THE 9IGHT LIST earns commission, eligible Referral Partners may receive an agreed share of our commission, subject to a signed referral agreement.

If the deal closes and we are paid, eligible partners receive the agreed share of our actual received commission.
The core rule
If THE 9IGHT LIST earns nothing from the referred deal, the Referral Partner earns nothing.
Any share is calculated on commission we have actually received, and only where a Referral Partner Agreement has been signed. Submitting an opportunity does not create an entitlement to payment, and we don't publish a fixed percentage — it's agreed with you in writing, per partnership.

We work with a small number of people who genuinely sit close to premium nightlife demand — hotel staff, concierges, planners, promoters, hosts and well-connected regulars.
Written terms, every time
Where an opportunity qualifies, we put a Referral Partner Agreement in place. The share is agreed there — never advertised as a fixed public rate.
Discretion by default
We never require another person's private phone number or email. Clients are approached appropriately, or not at all.
